    Is it suitable for beginners? Yes, it's suitable for everyone.
    How many people are there in a class? Usually about 10-15.
    Will we be sitting on the floor? No, we sit on straight chairs.
    Does it involve yoga? No, just a talk, questions and meditation.
    What should I wear? Your usual clothes, anything comfortable.
    Do I need to bring anything? Just a natural sense of curiosity.

Open to everyone aged 16 and over (under 18s accompanied by an adult). The course is entirely secular and suitable for people of all faiths or none. Price £60.00 with a reduced rate of £48.00 for people on a low income (eg student, benefit claimant, low waged, retired – proof required).
