Built on a programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, our eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course combines mindfulness meditation and body awareness to reduce stress and anxiety. The course is also a first step on the path for anyone wishing to train to teach mindfulness. Applicants will be contacted for orientation, prior to the course, and should be able to attend each week and engage in the home practices.

What should I wear? Something suitable for floor-based exercise.
Do I need to bring anything? Just a natural sense of curiosity.
