Mindfulness is motion is a half-day workshop based on Dr Tamara Russell’s Body in Mind Training (BMT) programme – a groundbreaking approach to mindfulness, practised not by sitting still but by engaging with the moving body.
Through a series of gentle movements and body-centred meditations the workshop is designed to get you out of your head and in to your body – a process of embodied awareness that will strengthen your practice and ground it in everyday actions.
