Self-care for Wellbeing workshop

Self-care is essential for our health and wellbeing but is often overlooked with so many other demands on our time. We invite you to take time out and recharge. You can’t pour from an empty cup!

This half-day workshop includes mindfulness meditations, gentle movement and short exercises to help you build healthy habits to take better care of yourself. Includes a CPD certificate.
