New to mindfulness?
If you’re new to mindfulness and unsure what it is, or you’ve tried it before – from a book or app – and want to know more, a taster session is perfect for you. Find out what mindfulness is, how it can help you and how to practice.
These friendly and informal sessions – usually lasting about an hour – include a brief talk by one of our experienced facilitators, an opportunity to ask questions, a short meditation and a handout to take away to help you practice at home.
