Apply for a free place

Some mindfulness courses cost hundreds of pounds and effectively exclude those who can’t afford to pay. Mindfulness Merseyside want to ensure mindfulness is inclusive, accessible and affordable, for everyone.

For that reason, and as a non-profit social enterprise, we’ve continued to keep prices as low as possible and offer a reduced rate on top of that, for people on a low income.

We would never exclude anyone based on their ability to pay. We have a limited number of free places on each course or workshop and invite those who can’t afford it otherwise to apply.

If you’re willing to explain your circumstances we’ll consider your application based on the information provided and on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis.

  • A mobile number is required for important text messages about the course and will not be used for any other purpose. If you don't have a mobile please provide an alternative phone number.
  • Tell us which course or workshop and which venue you want to attend.
We will contact you for proof when considering your application.
  • Tell us if you can make a small payment or other contribution.
  • Tell us a bit more about your circumstances and why you want to attend.
  • Information provided is strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties, nor will it be discussed in person or in the presence of others.
