Five ways to wellbeing

State-of-the-art research from around the world suggests that improvements in wellbeing can decrease some mental health problems and help people to flourish.

The Centre for Wellbeing at NEF (New Economics Foundation) was commissioned to develop five ways to wellbeing, a set of evidence-based actions to improve personal wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.

  • This is good information and reinforcing what I planned to do when I quit my job last March, good to see I am being positive about my own wellbeing
