Foundations of Mindfulness

This six-part ‘foundations of mindfulness’ course is based on material drawn from traditional and contemporary sources and includes a structured programme designed to help you develop an understanding of mindfulness and experience the benefits.

    Do I need to bring anything? Just a natural sense of curiosity.

Although based on Buddhist teachings, the course is entirely secular and suitable for people of all faiths or none. The price of the course varies depending on the venue and ability to pay. We do have a limited number of subsidised places available for people who couldn’t afford it otherwise, contact us if you think you might be eligible.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Built on a programme developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, this eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course combines mindfulness meditation and body awareness to reduce stress and anxiety. The course is also a first step on the path for anyone wishing to train to teach mindfulness.

Open to everyone aged 18 and over, the course is entirely secular and suitable for people of all faiths or none. Price £249pp for employers with a reduced rate of £195 for individuals. The price includes all learning materials (worksheets, handouts, audio CD and downloads) in a presentation folder plus a certificate on completion.
