Mindfulness Merseyside in collaboration with artist, Sam Dobson, present a half-day workshop exploring mindfulness through activity and engagement.
Connect with feelings and awareness, in the present moment, through creative self-expression. It isn’t about creating a work of art, it’s about playfully exploring what it means to be mindful.
The workshop includes an introduction to mindfulness and active engagement, plus art-based activities using the sense of touch to discover the nature of our experience. No particular skills or experience necessary. No messy materials (eg glue, paint.. or lard!).
About Sam Dobson

“My practice has always used personal experiences as a vehicle to produce work, as this is a potent method of self-healing and self-understanding.”
