Self-care workshops

At Mindfulness Merseyside we understand the importance of self-care, especially if you care for others and even if you don’t. As the saying goes, You can’t pour from an empty cup. Fill yours here!

We run workshops throughout the year at venues across the region, for those working in the caring professions and for everyone else. Please choose whichever is most appropriate for you, below.

Self-care for the caring professions

This 3 hour workshop with Debbie Cross, a qualified counsellor and mindfulness facilitator, includes mindfulness-based exercises, gentle movement and short meditations designed to nourish so you can flourish.

Self-care for health and happiness

This 3 hour workshop, based on a programme developed for Sefton Carers Centre, is designed to help you show yourself more kindness and build healthy habits to take better care of yourself.
